Looking for a peaceful country break, away from lights, traffic and noise?
Book into our rustic Tipi campsite, secreted away in the shade of old forest trees in a magic forest, the perfect spot for nature lovers. Situated in the Witzenberg Valley on the majestic de Heuvel farm, just off the R46 between Tulbagh and Wolseley, the campsite is just 90 mins from Cape Town. The secluded campsite offers 2 tipis, communal ablution block and wash up area. Camping can be booked in conjunction with horse trails, or if horses aren't your "thing" you can simply book the campsite. Each tipi can sleep 3 adults or 2 adults and 2 children. Camping mattresses are included. The area offers great hiking trails, MTB routes, access to a dam for swimming, fabulous birding and of course the incredible Horse About Trails. Guests are requested to take only photos & memories, do not leave anything but your footsteps behind. |
