Raptor viewingJackal Buzzards are regularly seen with resident breeding pairs in the valley. The neighbouring Fable Mountain Vineyards has raptor perches in the vineyards, allowing excellent opportunities to observe these and other raptors.

Blue cranes are usually fairly relaxed and they frequently dazzle visitors with their dancing displays. Look out for breeding pairs on several farms in the Witzenberg Area.
